Real Estate Agent Website Template — Next.js + Tailwind, Thai/English, Listings & Mortgage Calculator
Live demo: https://softkit-agent-studio.pages.dev — click through every page in Thai and English before you buy.
A light, glassy website for independent real-estate agents and small brokerages — built around how people actually search for a home: photos, full details, floor plans, the walk to the train and the monthly cost, before they ever book a viewing.
What's inside
- 27 pages per language (9+ templates): home with search, listings with filters, 10 listing pages, area guides + 4 area pages, sell/let with valuation form, calculators, about, guides + 3 articles, shortlist, contact, PDPA-ready privacy policy, bilingual 404
- TH / EN built in — Thai at /, English at /en/, switcher keeps the current page, hreflang set
- Listing filters on a static site (sale/rent, type, area, bedrooms, price, distance to BTS/MRT, pets), saved in the URL so a filtered list can be shared on LINE
- Floor plans drawn from room sizes (no image needed), swipeable gallery, key facts, nearby places
- Correct maths: mortgage payment, borrowing power from income, rental yield, transfer-day costs (with Thailand's reduced-fee rule) — formulas shown to visitors
- Shortlist with side-by-side comparison; "chat about this listing" opens LINE/WhatsApp pre-filled
- Viewing and valuation forms with PDPA consent and an honest "not connected" state
- 20 CC0 photos included (credits file lists every source)
- Next.js 16 + Tailwind CSS v4 + TypeScript, static export — host free on Cloudflare Pages, Netlify or Vercel
- One content file for every word and listing; colours in one stylesheet; docs included
Honest by design: all listings are clearly marked sample data, reviews and track record stay empty until you add real ones, and there are no invented ratings or sales numbers.
Who it's for: independent agents, small agencies and property consultants in Thailand (or anywhere — switch the default language to English in one line).
Not included: a back-end or CMS (listings live in one TypeScript file), Figma file.
