Master Class 1 establishes the foundational principles of biblical leadership and Spirit-led mentoring. This class is designed for those called to lead, guide, and influence others according to God’s order—not through position or title, but through character, submission, and obedience to the Holy Spirit.

In this Master Class, students are introduced to the difference between authority given by God and authority assumed by man. Emphasis is placed on understanding leadership as stewardship, where influence is exercised through servitude, integrity, accountability, and spiritual maturity. True leadership is formed before it is expressed, and mentoring is revealed as God’s method for shaping leaders who can carry responsibility without compromise.

This class addresses the importance of being properly covered, taught, and disciplined before being entrusted with the care of others. Participants will examine biblical patterns of mentoring, learn the value of spiritual alignment, and gain clarity on how God develops leaders in private before releasing them publicly.

Master Class 1 lays the groundwork for walking in godly authority by teaching that leadership begins with humility, grows through faithfulness, and is sustained through obedience. It prepares those in training to receive correction, steward responsibility, and lead with wisdom, love, and discernment—according to God’s timing and purpose.
