Curb Appeal for Sellers — Exterior Paint Plan on Your Listing Photo ($249) | Fast, Cheap & Confident

The cheapest repaint is the one you can see before you buy the paint.

Curb Appeal for Sellers

The cheapest repaint is the one you can see before you buy the paint.

Send the front photo of the home you're selling (or your client's home, with their permission). I'll design one broad-appeal exterior palette — light, neutral-leaning, one restrained accent — and repaint that photo with it, so the decision gets made on screen instead of on the wall:

  • THE RENDER — the actual house, in the actual scheme, fixed elements (roof, brick, stone) untouched
  • THE PLACEMENT MAP — every surface placed, with product type and sheen, ready to hand to a painter
  • THE PALETTE CARD — colors identified from a manufacturer's own published chart only where that chart can be verified on the day your plan is produced, and otherwise given descriptively and flagged "match by swatch." No paint code is ever printed from memory.
  1. THE PRESENTATION RATIONALE — one page on why this scheme presents the way it does in listing photos and from the street: body/trim/accent structure, how the scheme photographs (even, thumbnail-readable), why the accent is restrained, and how it sits with the roof and the street. The rationale states presentation facts only, written so an agent can hand it straight to a seller as a handoff page.

What this is not, in plain terms: it is presentation, not a promise. I make no claim about sale price, time-on-market, offers, or buyer behavior — nobody honestly can. And the render is a planning document, never a listing photo: paint first, then photograph the real result.

The $50 over Essential buys speed + resale rationale/handoff — stated that plainly: Essential is $199 at a 5-business-day pace; this tier is $249, and the extra $50 buys the faster 3-business-day clock plus the resale-specific rationale and handoff format. Nothing else is implied by the difference.

HOW IT WORKS / CLOCK / CAPACITY

Your clock is 3 business days from COMPLETE intake (front photo + intake answers). Capacity: 2 packages in flight at a time.

Homeowner-permission attestation: realtor, stager, and other third-party orders require the homeowner-permission attestation before the clock starts — the intake asks you to confirm you have the homeowner's permission to share the photos, and, if the front photo is a professional listing photograph, that you have the right to have it edited for planning.

Reshoot-before-clock rule: if the photo can't support a quality render, I'll ask for a better one before the clock starts, never after.

Rendered colors are visualizations. Actual paint appearance varies with light, surface, screen, and application. Always test physical swatches on your home before buying full quantities.

Lateness = full refund: if your package is not delivered within 3 business days of complete intake, your refund is automatic on request — reply to the email thread, no forms.

Holiday-squeeze doubling: delivery windows double during holiday-squeeze weeks — Nov 23–26 and Dec 21–25 — stated at intake before the clock starts.

HOA / local rules: Checking the seller's HOA rules is the customer's responsibility. Supply the approved palette and the scheme is designed inside it. Local rules are the customer's responsibility to check and supply.

Your photos: photos are used only for their deliverable, and deleted 30 days after delivery. Portfolio use only with separate written opt-in — and addresses are never published.

Not selling? Essential ($199) is the same one-direction format at a 5-day pace. Want three directions and a revision round? Signature ($299). The whole property plus a photo-observation condition report? Full Property ($499).

Two different 'paint' services live in this shop. The Paint Report ($79) audits how your online STORE looks — covers, colors, layout. This service is about an actual HOUSE that's going on the market. If your store is what needs help, you want the other one.

FAQ:

Q: I'm a realtor/stager. Can I order for a client's home?

A: Yes — the intake asks you to confirm you have the homeowner's permission to share the photos, and that attestation must be complete before the clock starts. Their photos are used only for their plan and deleted 30 days after delivery.

Q: What does this say about the eventual sale?

A: Nothing — by design. I make no claim about sale price, time-on-market, offers, or buyer behavior. What I deliver is a deliberate, coherent, broadly appealing presentation — designed, rendered, and mapped — so the paint decision was made on purpose.

Q: When does my 3 days start?

A: At complete intake. Not at purchase. Realtor timelines are exactly why this tier exists — and why the clock is honest.

Q: What if it's late?

A: Full refund — reply to the delivery email. No forms.

Q: Can I use the render in my listing?

A: No — and this matters: a listing must show the real house. The render is a planning document, never a listing photo. Paint first, then photograph the real result.

Q: HOA?

A: The seller's HOA rules are the seller's to check; supply the palette and the scheme is designed inside it.

Q: What happens to the photos?

A: Used only for the plan, deleted 30 days after delivery, never shown publicly without separate written permission, and addresses are never published.
