Price and delivery

€99 in EUR, including applicable sales tax, for a one-time digital download. There is no recurring kit subscription or physical delivery charge. Your optional AI provider and shop services may charge separately.

After completed checkout, Payhip provides access to the customer ZIP through its confirmation page and a receipt email with a download link. Extract the ZIP, read README.md and open catalogue-prep.html in a current desktop browser. Keep a backup of your source CSV and start with the fictional sample.

What the purchase includes

The kit includes the offline CSV preparation tool, instructions, fictional sample data, a mapping guide, an optional AI description workflow used in your own AI account, and the internal-use permissions in LICENCE.md.

The tool prepares simple-product catalogue drafts for review. Its documented fields are SKU, name, description, price, optional stock, categories and existing image references. It supplies a WooCommerce simple-product draft export and a separate spreadsheet-safe review export. The review export is for spreadsheet inspection and must not be used for shop import.

This version does not support product variations, currency conversion, photo editing or uploading, live inventory connections or publishing. Other supplier columns are not carried into the export. You review mapping, product facts, prices, descriptions and availability, and control any import or public listing. Test a small draft batch in your own shop before wider use.

This is an early-access product. Automated checks and a real WooCommerce sandbox import have passed; browser layout, media downloads and individual merchant configurations remain unverified. README.md describes the supported scope and testing limits. Early-access status does not reduce your statutory rights.

Support and updates

For download or access problems and reproducible bugs in documented features, email seankidd20@gmail.com. Include your order reference if available, kit version, browser/version, steps to reproduce and expected result. Use a small fictionalised CSV where helpful; remove personal and confidential supplier data before sending it.

Bespoke catalogue preparation, supplier mapping services, writing or fact-checking descriptions, variants, photos, AI accounts, shop setup and hands-on imports are outside the included scope. No fixed response time or future feature entitlement is promised.

Any updates necessary under applicable law, including required security updates, remain covered for the period required by law. We will inform affected buyers of their availability and supply the updates with installation instructions. The product scope and early-access label do not limit these rights.

Consumer cancellation

If you buy as a consumer, you may cancel this purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of the date the purchase contract was agreed. For this product, downloading or opening the files does not remove that cancellation option. Any longer period or additional right provided by applicable law remains available.

Before the cancellation period ends, send a clear cancellation statement to seankidd20@gmail.com or by post to Sean Kidd, Everyday Business Kits, Brackenrainey Manor, Longwood, Co. Meath, Ireland. It is sufficient to send your notice before the deadline. You may use CANCELLATION-FORM.md, but use of the form is optional. Include enough information to identify the purchase; an order reference or the email used to purchase can help.

On cancellation, we refund the amount actually paid for the kit without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision. The refund uses the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We charge no cancellation or refund fee.

Cancellation ends your permission to use the kit. Stop using its files and do not make them available to others. You may keep your own source data and catalogue outputs. No proof of deletion is required as a condition of receiving the cancellation refund.

Faults and other remedies

If the delivered kit is faulty, unavailable or does not match its description, contact seankidd20@gmail.com with the problem. Where applicable law requires a remedy, that remedy is provided without charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. Applicable rights to correction, price reduction or refund remain intact.

The 14-day consumer cancellation option does not set a deadline for reporting faults or exercising other statutory rights. Nothing in these terms or the accompanying licence excludes or limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit the seller to exclude or limit.

Internal-use licence — Catalogue Prep Kit v0.1.1

The purchaser may use and modify the original Catalogue Prep Kit files for their own personal use or within one business they own or manage. They may use the resulting catalogue files and approved descriptions for that business.

Keep the kit's source, scripts, instructions and templates internal. Do not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish those kit files, including modified copies, as another product or service. Sharing a shop's finished catalogue outputs is permitted; sharing the kit itself is not.

This licence does not grant rights to supplier content, images, trademarks, AI services or other third-party materials. Use only content you are entitled to use. Your shop and AI account have their own terms and fees.

The purchaser must review product facts, descriptions, prices and the result of any import. The kit supplies preparation tools and drafts, not legal or compliance assurances or guaranteed commercial results.

Read this licence together with PURCHASE-AND-SUPPORT.md and the cancellation instructions supplied with the kit. Nothing in this licence removes any rights that applicable law does not permit the seller to exclude.

If the purchase contract is cancelled, permission to use the kit ends. Stop using its files and do not share them with others. You may retain your own source data and catalogue outputs. A price reduction or other remedy that leaves the purchase contract in place does not by itself end this licence.
