The report retains 242 patent families across 121 consolidated owner groups. Pesticide combinations dominate, comprising 136 families, with 29 single-active formulation families and 74 upstream families across compound, crystal form and process and manufacturing.

A total of 184 families have a grant or national pending reading, while 18 live families reach their nominal term within five years—highlighting both the continuing density of protection and the approaching opportunities created by portfolio expiry.

This 81-page report provides a seven-part analysis covering ownership, active-ingredient manufacture, single-active formulation, fixed-dose mixtures, national market entry and owner profiles, followed by a complete directory of all 121 owner groups.
