The following 12 week Olympic Lifting Program is designed to for the beginner to intermediate lifter that
has at least some familiarity with the Olympic Lifts. It is a 3 day a week program that will focus one day
on Snatch training and development, one day on Clean & Jerk training and development and the third is to
just hit the two lifts as heavy as possible!

This program includes a lift specific warm-up each day designed to familiarize and drill the positions every
lifter should be hitting throughout the lifts.
