Custom designs available for both loom knitting and finger knitting!

Have a design in mind that you don’t see in my shop? I create custom chunky blanket PDF patterns, including personalized designs, names, lettering, animals, sports themes, and other special requests.

Each pattern is carefully designed with attention to stitch placement, colors, and details to create a beautiful, recognizable chunky knit blanket.

Custom Pattern Pricing

Pricing is based on the complexity of your design and the amount of customization required.

$15 – Simple Customization

Minor changes to an existing pattern, such as adding or changing names, basic lettering, or simple color adjustments.

$18– Standard Custom Design

New designs with moderate details, colors, and relatively straightforward artwork.

$20 - Detailed Custom Design

Designs requiring unusually intricate extensive artwork involving animals, logos, large amount of colors, detailed shading, or extensive stitch-by-stitch adjustments.

Your final price will always be confirmed and agreed upon before purchasing. There will be no unexpected charges during the design process.

Additional charges would apply only if you request substantial changes beyond the original agreed-upon design. Any additional costs will be discussed and approved before further work begins.

How Custom Orders Work

1. Contact Me With Your Design Idea

Please send me your design idea, reference photos (if available), and any special requests.

Also include:

● Whether you will be loom knitting or finger knitting.

● Your desired finished blanket dimensions.

● For loom knitting, your loom’s peg count and peg spacing, if known.

● Any specific colors, background colors, names, or lettering you would like included.

2. Preliminary Design Review

I’ll review your request to determine whether it can be successfully converted into a chunky blanket pattern.

Some designs contain details that may not translate well into chunky knitting, especially when working with a limited number of stitches.

When necessary, I’ll do a preliminary design check to make sure your requested artwork will work before accepting payment.

3. Finalize Design Details and Pricing

Once I’ve determined that your design is workable, we’ll discuss and finalize your requested colors, background, lettering, approximate finished blanket dimensions, and other important details.

I’ll also confirm your total price and provide an estimated completion time.

4. Complete Your Purchase

Once your design has been approved and all details and pricing have been agreed upon, I’ll direct you to complete your purchase through Payhip.

Payment must be received before I begin the detailed custom design work.

5. Design and Revisions

Your custom order includes one round of reasonable minor revisions after reviewing your initial completed design.

Minor revisions may include small color adjustments, stitch corrections, or other small changes that do not significantly alter the agreed-upon design.

Major changes, such as completely changing the background, substantially redesigning lettering, changing multiple colors throughout the pattern, or requesting additional design elements, may require an additional fee.

Any additional charges will always be discussed and approved before changes are made.

6. Final Pattern Delivery

Once your design is complete, your finished digital PDF pattern will be emailed directly to you.

● DIGITAL PDF PATTERN ONLY – NO FINISHED BLANKET WILL BE SHIPPED.

● Patterns are available for loom knitting and finger knitting.

● Finished blanket dimensions are approximate and will vary depending on your yarn, knitting method, stitch size, and loom spacing.

● All custom requests must be reviewed and approved before purchasing.

● Payment is required before detailed custom design work begins.

● One round of reasonable minor revisions is included.

● Major changes requested after design details have been finalized may require additional charges, with your approval.

● Custom patterns may also be added to my shop for future purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.

These are not considered personalized custom orders and do not include individual design revisions or guaranteed completion dates.

If you would prefer a design created specifically to your preferences or on an agreed schedule, please inquire about a paid custom order.
