TERMS & CONDITIONS
One-on-One Prayer & Prophetic Session Agreement
By purchasing and booking a One-on-One Prayer & Prophetic Session, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to the following terms.
1. Not a regulated service. Prophetic consulting and coaching is not a regulated industry. You are responsible for deciding whether the services meet your needs.
2. Not therapy. Sessions are not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, or any other form of therapy. They do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and are not a substitute for professional counseling, medical, legal, or financial advice.
3. Your well-being. Sessions assume you are in good mental health. They are a collaborative, present- and future-focused time of prayer and encouragement intended to help you move forward in faith.
4. Your participation. You set the focus for your session, and the value you receive depends largely on your openness and willingness to apply what you learn. You can expect Barry Hawkins to be honest and direct, to ask straightforward questions, and to offer guidance that encourages growth.
5. Receiving prophetic insight. Prophecy is not always accurate. You are responsible for weighing anything shared against Scripture, praying over it, and seeking wise counsel. Prophetic insight is a guide, not a guarantee, and any decisions or actions you take are your own responsibility.
6. Payments and rescheduling. Sessions are non-refundable and may only be rescheduled according to the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Confidentiality is essential to this process. Your identity and what you share will be kept strictly confidential and released only with your written permission or when required by law. The following exceptions apply: (1) If you report abuse or neglect of a child or elder, or threaten to harm yourself or someone else, necessary action will be taken, and confidentiality will be limited accordingly. (2) If ordered by a court to provide information or testify, Barry Hawkins will do so to the extent the law requires.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By completing your purchase, booking your session, or attending a session, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these Terms & Conditions and the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, and you agree to them. You also agree to hold harmless Barry Hawkins, The Agreement Huddle, and anyone associated with them from all liabilities and claims that may arise from your participation in a One-on-One Prayer & Prophetic Session.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What happens during a session?
You'll meet with Barry Hawkins on Zoom for up to 30 minutes of personal prayer, spiritual encouragement, and prophetic insight. Come with an open heart and anything you'd like prayer and guidance for. Having a Bible and notebook nearby is helpful.
How does scheduling work?
After you purchase, choose your session time using the booking calendar. You'll receive a confirmation with your Zoom link by email.
Can I get a refund?
Sessions are non-refundable. If you need to change your time, you can reschedule through your calendar invitation at least 24 hours before your session. See the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy below.
Can I book more than one session?
Absolutely. Each purchase includes one session, so simply purchase again to book another.
Will I receive a specific prophetic word?
Each session is a time of prayer and encouragement led by the Holy Spirit. A session does not guarantee a specific prophetic word or outcome. We encourage you to weigh what's shared against Scripture and pray over it.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
Your session time is reserved specifically for you. To honor that time, the following policy applies:
Cancellations: Sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, using the cancellation option in your calendar invitation. Cancellations sent by text, email, social media, or any other method are not considered official. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are treated as a missed session and are not eligible for a replacement session.
Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made through your calendar invitation at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability.
Late arrivals: Sessions end at the originally scheduled time. Arriving late does not extend the session.
No-shows: If you miss your session without canceling or rescheduling through your calendar invitation at least 24 hours in advance, the session is considered completed and cannot be rescheduled or credited.
Exceptions: We understand that genuine emergencies happen. Requests for exceptions are considered case by case at the sole discretion of The Agreement Huddle. Email agreementhuddle@gmail.com.
