Ken Grossman created Sierra Nevada Brewing and his Pale Ales is one of the most popular pales sold. Over time, Fat Daddy has enjoyed his share of this beer. This is not the beer for the Lite crowd. This is a man's pale ale. This is Fat Daddy's tribute to this outstanding beer.

Mash at 153°F and ferment at 68-70°F.
