Stop criticizing myself

Chapter 2: Self-Compassion as a Practice was probably my favorite part about the book. For at least 2/3 of my life I've been so hard on myself that it has kept my from living a life that I want to live. This book taught me about self-compassion something that I never heard anywhere else and it made me realize that by simply changing how I talk to myself can change the way I approach social situations. I'm still a beginner which means I still have a long ways to go but for now on I'm going to start being kinder to myself.
