24 Meals for $35. The Whole Plan.

I spent just $35 at IGA (in June 2026), one of the pricier supermarkets, and turned it into 24 meals. That works out to $1.46 a meal, or under $3 a day for both lunch and dinner for one person. No plain rice, no skipping veg. Real soups, a frittata, a tuna pasta bake, roasted pumpkin and a couple of snacks.

This is the whole thing in one printable PDF: the exact shopping list and every recipe from the video, written out step by step. No pausing and rewinding the video to catch the amounts. Just open it, shop, and cook.

Most of the meals are naturally gluten-free, too. Swap the pasta and the whole week is GF.

What's inside:

  • The exact $35 shopping list
  • All 10 recipes, step by step (soups, mains and snacks)
  • A suggested week, so you can see how the meals spread across your days
  • Freezer and storage notes, so nothing goes to waste
  • A simple gluten-free swap

It's $2, and it's yours to keep and print. The easiest way to put a week of real meals on the table without working it all out yourself.
