**HOW YOU USE IT**

1. Set your year in one cell at the top of the Statement tab.

2. Log income and expenses as they happen, picking a category from the dropdown.

3. The Statement fills in month by month. No formulas to touch.

**HOW IT WORKS**

Cream cells are the ones you type in. Grey cells work themselves out. That is the whole rule.

No macros. No pivot tables. No add-ons. Everything is built from ordinary formulas and dropdowns, which is why it behaves the same way in Excel and in Google Sheets. Nothing to enable, nothing to trust, nothing that breaks on the other side.

Google Drive > New > File upload > right-click the file > Open with > Google Sheets. That is it. No add-on, no permissions request.
