Singapore 2050

A project by SG Bicentennial, first published by Ethos Books in 2019

This comic was commissioned several years ago, as part of the celebrations marking the 200th year of Stamford Raffles' founding of Singapore. The brief was quite open so I chose to do something imaginative about a future Singapore. These pages were done using gouache, colour pencils, pencil, collage and Adobe Photoshop for the digital parts. I had fun experimenting with this look. This was designed as a webcomic so it is meant to be read on a mobile device. That's why the text is so big.
