A guided, one-on-one virtual meditation — up to one hour — designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and simply be.
Whether you've never meditated before or you meditate regularly but want the experience of being guided rather than going it alone, this session meets you there. No pressure, no "doing it wrong" — just space to breathe.
What This Looks Like:
- A calming, guided meditation tailored to what you need that day (relaxation, grounding, clarity, release, etc.)
- Light conversation before or after, if helpful
- Space to simply receive, without needing to talk or process anything
What You Receive:
- Up to 1 hour virtual session
- A calm, judgment-free space to reset
This session is open to everyone — no spiritual background or prior meditation experience required.
