I draw on astrology, Human Design, human development, energy work, practical reflection, embodiment, and integration. Before we meet, I’ll review your intake and prepare for our time together. During the session, I’ll bring in the tools and perspective that best fit what you’re navigating.

You don’t need to arrive with a polished question or a plan. Bring the tangled version. We’ll make space for what’s alive and help you leave with more self-trust, a grounded perspective, and a meaningful next step.

60-minute virtual session | $399

Focused support for a central question, decision, or transition. We’ll work with what feels most important to you and make practical use of the time together. Virtual sessions are held on Zoom.

90-minute in-person session | $420

A longer, in-person session in Nashville with more room to explore, reflect, and integrate. Dates are limited, so please contact me before purchasing to confirm availability.

You’ll receive instructions for booking your session and submitting your intake form. Once I have your information, I’ll prepare for our time together.

How does appointment scheduling work?

When you've completed purchasing you'll be able to login to your coaching account and can find out the next steps required to book a time for your appointment from there.

Is it possible to buy coaching more than once?

For sure! You simply need to purchase coaching again and will be able to get access to another set of coaching sessions.
