HOW TO EAT VEGETARIAN WITHOUT STARVING
Eating vegetarian does not need to equate to only stuffing our faces with lettuce/salads because we are not rabbits and I am a firm believer that we should still have our favorite foods and still highly enjoy them with all the flavor if not more regardless if the food is made from plants. I've been a vegetarian/pescatarian for about 7 or 8 years who grew up with a Chef Mommy and I refuse to give up taste and enjoyment because I want my burgers/tacos/spaghetti/whatever to be vegetarian or plant based. I understand the beginner struggle with starting to eat vegetarian so in this video we talk about the mindset of starting this journey and my understanding of how our bodies and food are energy, they speak a language and how to change that language/vocabulary in a way that is in alignment with you without back tracking. I share my favorite vegetarian discoveries and answer a breakfast question at the end. Some of my suggestions are even favored by my meat eater boyfriend and family members/friends.
I want to say thank you for being brave enough to step into your power while raising your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual vibrations because I know it's not always easy.
