Secret Santa Generator Spreadsheet | Name Draw for Excel & Google Sheets, No Self-Draws, Wish Lists, Printable Slips

Draw Secret Santa names in one minute, without a hat and without anyone drawing themselves.

How it works:

- Type up to 40 names and any "draw number". Each number gives a new random draw.

- Every person gives exactly one gift and gets exactly one. Nobody draws themselves.

- Couples or roommates: list who someone shouldn't get, and the sheet flags REDRAW if it happens.

- The draw only changes when you change the number or the names, so it won't reshuffle on its own.

Tabs: Start Here, Draw (organizer view), My Match (show one person at a time), Cards (print-and-cut slips), Wish Lists, Budget (flags gifts over the price limit, totals spending).

Works in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (File > Import). Example names included.

Honest notes:

- Spreadsheet file only. No gifts, no app, no email sending. You share matches yourself.

- Digital download, nothing is shipped. Personal use only.
