5 years later I’ve done a complete 180 so I want to help you now! The amazing thing is that now most of these brands are available at a variety of stores so they’re more accessible. Places like Thrive Market also exist so you can get things online if you’re in a remote area.
This guide includes better swaps for 38 pantry items and what criteria to look for with each item. I’ve also included some basic labeling info and what to look for while you’re shopping.
