Recommended print settings:

- Layer height: 0.16–0.2 mm

- Wall loops: 2–3

- Infill: 15–20%

- Supports: Minimal or none (depending on orientation)

- Orientation: Flat on bed

- Material: PLA (or PETG for more flexibility)

- Nozzle: 0.4 mm

Assembly:

- Print all wing pieces + central pin

- Stack the wings in the correct order (see assembly guide)

- Insert the pin to lock them together

- Full set: 4–8 hours depending on size and settings
