IWS Classic Comp

The Classic Compressor is a custom patcher presets designed to mimic the famous SSL compressor. It also comes with additional features that address some of the lost functionality of the original compressor. The compressor has a threshold, attack, release, ratio, makeup gain, knee, brickwall compression, oversampling, bypass mix, and many other functions.

Compressor:

- Threshold: Ranges from 0.0dB to -20dB

- Attack: Offers six different options, including 0.01, 0.10, 0.30, 3, 10, and 30

- Release: Offers seven different options, including 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, and 16

- Ratio: Offers seven different options, including 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 10

- Knee: Provides three different options, including Default, Soft, and Vintage.

Additional Features:

- Oversampling: Can be turned off or set to 2X or 4X

- Harmonics: Offers a "flavor" option

- Listen: Provides a button for monitoring

- Harm Boost: Boosts frequency

- Harm Freq: Frequency shifter
