Connect what you learn across Part 1, Part 2 Written and PACES.
The same clinical idea returns in different forms: a mechanism, a management decision, a finding at the bedside. Build a connected picture, then practise recalling it.
Med with Spence is The Visual Learning OS. Complete MRCP gives you online access to 1,020 released visuals across all three stages in one study space:
• MRCP Part 1: 377 visuals
• MRCP Part 2 Written: 452 visuals
• MRCP PACES: 191 visuals
What you get
• Original visual lessons connecting mechanisms, clinical decisions and bedside encounters.
• Stella Recall for each released slide, with the original hidden while you retrieve a key connection.
• Two slide-specific A–D questions to check important ideas from the visual.
• Spence Summary after your attempt, with a short set of points to take away.
• Saved progress, Smart Review and study planning to organise your next sessions.
• Browser access on mobile, tablet and desktop.
A simple session
1. Study. Open the original visual. Read, zoom and think at your own pace. Press Done when you are ready.
2. Recall. The slide disappears. Explain a key connection from memory: aloud, mentally or with a sketch. Typing is optional.
3. Answer. Choose A–D for two questions written for that slide, then check both answers together.
4. Review. Compare with the source, read Spence Summary, rate your first recall and save for later review.
The two A–D answers are marked automatically. Your recalled explanation is self-checked against the source. Use the visual library to connect and retrieve what you study as you progress through the three stages.

How access works
Payhip handles payment and billing. Your learning happens at https://learn.medwithspence.com.
After purchase, create your learner account with the same email used at Payhip, confirm your email when requested, then sign in. Already have a learner account? Sign in with that same purchase email. If access needs help, contact medwithspence@gmail.com with your purchase reference.
This is an online membership. The plan renews monthly. Cancel future recurring payments through Payhip. Check the final price, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund information at checkout before paying.
For education and revision. No pass or retention outcome is guaranteed. PACES also requires supervised examination, communication and bedside practice beyond this visual library.
