Main St 5F1 — License Key

This is a license key for Main St 5F1. It is not the plugin.

The plugin is free. Download it at mainstaudiolabs.github.io — VST3 and standalone, for Windows, macOS and Linux. It is complete: nothing is locked, limited, time-limited or watermarked, with or without a key. Try it first. If it is not for you, you have lost nothing.

What the key does. It removes the five-second window that appears the first time you open the plugin in a session. That is the whole difference.

What you actually get. A key by email and on your order page. It works offline, it never expires, and it survives reinstalling, updating and changing computers. One key, this plugin, forever.

Why this exists. Main St 5F1 is a circuit-level model of a 1956 tweed amplifier — every tube solved sample by sample, a rectifier that sags under your right hand, and impulse responses generated from a physical model of the speaker and the room. That took months. It is given away because that is how it should be, and this is the way to say thanks if it earns its place in your music.
