Enter each project's capital expenditure, revenue or savings, operating costs, working capital and disposal proceeds for up to eleven years. The model works out cash flows after tax, then net present value, internal rate of return, modified internal rate of return, profitability index, payback, discounted payback, equivalent annual value and peak funding. It ranks the projects by the measure you choose, finds the combination of projects with the highest NPV within a capital budget, and tests the project in focus against changes in the discount rate, revenue and capital cost.
