Together, we'll identify your priorities, examine the rhythms that shape your everyday life, and develop a personalized plan to support your spiritual growth and intentional living. Where applicable, we'll also explore meaningful ways to cultivate biblical values and discipleship within your family.

The Founding Woman Experience is a four-week, private, Scripture-centered coaching program designed to help Christian women strengthen their spiritual routines, live with greater intentionality, and develop practical approaches to personal growth and family discipleship.

2. Who is this program for?

This experience is for Christian women who desire to grow in their relationship with God, become more consistent in prayer and Scripture, and be more intentional about how they live out their faith. It is especially suited to women who want to cultivate faith-centered family rhythms and disciple their children intentionally.

3. What is included in the program?

Your four-week experience includes an initial 60-minute private coaching session, three additional 45-minute sessions, personalized planning resources, a spiritual-growth and family-discipleship action plan, weekly accountability check-ins, and a final progress review with recommended next steps.

4. How much does the program cost?

The Founding Woman Experience is $497 for the complete four-week program. This is a one-time payment, not an automatically recurring subscription.

5. What happens after I purchase?

After your purchase, you'll receive instructions for completing your onboarding and scheduling your first session. Please check your email, including your spam or promotions folder, for your next steps.

6. Do I need to have everything figured out before we begin?

Not at all. You simply need to come willing to reflect, learn, and take practical steps toward your goals. We'll identify your priorities together and develop a realistic plan that fits your current season of life.

7. Is this biblical counseling or therapy?

No. This is faith-based coaching and educational support, not licensed therapy, mental health treatment, or professional counseling. Our work focuses on biblical principles, practical planning, personal development, and accountability. When a concern falls outside my scope, I may recommend seeking an appropriately qualified professional.

8. Will this program guarantee spiritual breakthroughs or changes in my family?

No specific spiritual, relational, or family outcome can be guaranteed. The program provides guidance, structure, resources, and accountability to help you work toward your goals. Individual outcomes depend on many factors, and spiritual growth is a personal journey.

9. How does communication work between sessions?

Your program includes one scheduled written check-in each week. Please allow up to two business days for a response. This is structured coaching support rather than unlimited messaging or emergency assistance.

10. What if I need to reschedule a session?

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice when possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and the program's published cancellation policy, which will be provided before enrollment.

11. Can I continue working with you after the four weeks?

Yes, if ongoing coaching is available and we agree that it fits your goals. Any continuation will be offered separately, with its own pricing and terms. Renewal is not automatic.

12. What is your refund policy?
