A Return to the Red Tent

For thousands of years, women gathered in circle to honor the rhythms of the Moon, the wisdom of the womb, and the transitions of life. The Red Tent is a space to slow down, be witnessed, release what no longer serves you, and intentionally choose what you are calling into your next chapter.

This ceremony is more than a gathering. It is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself through ritual, reflection, and authentic sisterhood. Together we'll honor the New Moon as a time of renewal, remembering that lasting transformation begins with intention and embodied action.

This practice changed my own life. It helped me release old patterns, reconnect with my authentic self, and step more fully into the woman I was becoming. It is an honor to now share this work with other women who feel called to gather in circle.

About Your Guide

My path into this work began through more than a year of training at the Goddess Temple, where I studied women's spirituality, sacred ritual, and ceremonial facilitation. After completing my training, I continued holding in person Red Tent circles for another year, witnessing the profound healing that unfolds when women gather with intention.

These ceremonies changed my own life. Through ritual, reflection, and community, I found the courage to release old stories, reconnect with my authentic self, and embody the woman I knew I was becoming.

I'm now bringing the Red Tent online so women everywhere can experience this ancient practice, no matter where they live.

The womb has long been honored across cultures as a symbol of creation, intuition, transformation, and the power to bring something new into the world. Whether that means creating a child, a business, a work of art, healthier relationships, or a more authentic life, every woman carries this creative potential within her.

My hope is that you leave this ceremony feeling grounded, witnessed, and more deeply connected to your own inner wisdom. Whether you come to release, grieve, celebrate, rest, or begin again, there is a place for you here.
