Japanese Fans

Use up your Japanese fabric scraps to make this little wallhanging. Decorate the fans with beads and/or tassels as you wish. Block size is 8 inches - which makes the curved seam really easy if it is likely to be your first attempt. The quilt is 23 inches square with the four blocks as illustrated, but no reason why you shouldn't make a larger one with more blocks if you have the fabric and enjoy the design.
