This program was created to be more than just a list of exercises, i created this for total self-mastery. Since I progress fast I also want everyone else to as well, If your goal is to become the strongest, most disciplined version of yourself, this program is the most effective to get you there. The main reason I wanted to create this program is bc there’s people out there that are struggling on making progress in to show everyone my personal experiences and development as time goes by.
