Abstract: Identical copies of an observer can exist at different space(time) locations in classical physics, and in different states/histories in superposition in quantum physics. In proposals like Vaidman's, self-location uncertainty refers to the absolute spatial and/or temporal position of the copies. I highlight difficulties such proposals face in post-Newtonian physics. I discuss an alternative proposal which assigns no quantum probability for self-location. This proposal is compatible with Relativity, and supports the "halfer'' position for a quantum version of the Sleeping Beauty problem.
