I adore healthy smoothie recipes. It is the best way to add a little fruit and sometimes vege's to my breakfast or snack. Heck, when I am craving something sweet, sometimes I even make one for dessert.

In this book, you will find the smoothie recipes are numbered instead of named. This makes
finding the right recipe really easy. I have indexed the smoothies by 40 popular ingredients.
The ingredient is listed first, but when you go to a particular recipe, you may note that instead
of finding the actual fruit, you find a variation. For instance, in the case of coconut, there are
recipes that contain the actual coconut flakes, or coconut milk, or even just coconut water.
But coconut is coconut, so I listed them all together.
