Once your results are available, I'll analyze them alongside your intake and record a personalized video walking you through what I'm seeing and what it may mean for you.

Targeted Action Plan

Follow-Up Support

After you've reviewed everything, you'll have one email exchange to ask questions and get clarification on your recommendations.

How It Works:

1. Complete Your Intake

After purchasing, you'll receive your comprehensive health intake form so I can learn more about what's currently going on and what you'd most like support with.

2. Complete Your HTMA

Your test kit will be mailed to you with instructions for collecting your hair sample and sending it to the lab.

3. I Put the Pieces Together

Once your lab results are available, I'll review them alongside your intake rather than looking at your mineral results in isolation.

4. Receive Your Personalized Plan

You'll receive your video review, report of findings and targeted recommendations with clear next steps you can begin implementing.

5. Follow Up

After you've had time to digest everything, you can send your follow-up questions by email or choose to add a 30-minute Zoom session for more in-depth support.
