Level 2 of this program is designed to push your limits, improve your muscular endurance, increase your strength, and help you build serious muscle mass — all from home, with no equipment, using only two exercises per session.
Goals for this level :
– 25 full-range pike push-ups with elevated feet : to develop massive shoulders and powerful triceps
– 25 straddle front lever pull-ups : to build a rock-solid back, core stability, and exceptional posture
Each session lasts between 15 and 20 minutes.
This level typically requires 3 to 6 months of consistent training to progress effectively and fully master the movements.
It is made for those ready to break through, build an athletic and lean physique, and master advanced bodyweight movements.
