Hub-in-a-Box — The Design System for Turning Your Courses Into One Self-Paced Hub ($999) | Fast, Cheap & Confident
$999 — one-time
Hub-in-a-Box is the design system behind my own hub designs: how to turn a set of courses or products you already have into one self-paced hub — a mapped curriculum, a tracking system, an asynchronous community design, a guarded AI micro-assistant spec, a platform decision made with real numbers, and a launch checklist — as a guide, worksheets, templates, and checklists you execute on your own platform and accounts, with your own content.
The worked example throughout is the hub system I designed for my own catalog in November 2026. Those hubs are built as designs and launch on the schedule in my store; no student has enrolled in one yet, and this system reports no results because there are none to report. You're buying the design method and the templates — the same ones on my own desk.
What you receive — four PDF files:
- The Build Guide (8 pp) — Part One, the Hub Architecture Method: the room-and-path model (Start Here → levels → completion), when a hub beats a course list, and what a hub is not (not a cohort, not a membership, not a community with a course attached). Part Two, the Community-Module Playbook (async only): prompt module design (card + thread + roundup), cadence math, moderation rules, the honest time-cost chapter — what it actually takes to run async community, stated as one operator's own documented practice (one operator, one catalog, November 2026), labeled as such and never as a benchmark — and the no-live boundary, including scripts for when members ask for live sessions. Part Three, the Worked Example Pack: my three hub designs (cook's, seller's, wellness) as annotated room-by-room maps, each carrying its design status line.
- The Workbook (6 pp) — curriculum-to-hub mapping worksheets: product inventory, level assignment, a definition-of-done per level written as artifacts (never feelings), sequencing and side doors — plus the component-math honesty worksheet: price your hub against your own components, write the difference and what it buys in one paragraph, and draft your own fence paragraph using a fill-in scaffold.
- Templates & Specs (5 pp) — tracking templates (student path tracker in print and digital variants, milestone definition worksheet, certificate claim-flow design); the certificate spec template (completion only, never accredited) with a blank honesty-line block you write yourself and a registry log template for your own ID scheme; the AI micro-assistant spec pack (fact-sheet method, a guardrail block template you fill with your own facts and your own never-handle list, handoff mechanics, failure-fallback ladder, cost-estimation method); and the seven-gate launch checklist, ending in the claims pass — the fence, applied to your own copy before anyone sees it.
- The Platform-Comparison Worksheet (5 pp) — Teachable, filled from a dated verification memo with each fact labeled DOCUMENTED or UNVERIFIED (no free plan; Starter $29/mo billed annually; 7.5% Starter transaction fee; certificates native on Growth and up; native Community in maintenance mode), against the zero-budget stack (store delivery + Drive-style portal + your existing community home — a genuinely viable route with its real trade-offs stated, and the route my own hubs launch on), against a third column of questions you score against any other platform's current pricing page. The worksheet is dated and teaches you to re-verify on the day you decide, because platform prices move.
What you supply — stated plainly: your own platform account, your own AI account and API key, and your own usage costs. This system includes no accounts, no keys, no credits, and no software. Specific wiring routes for an assistant are platform-dependent and are yours to verify in your own accounts; the spec pack teaches the verification method rather than presenting any route as tested for you.
The certificate template is a blank discipline template. It teaches the discipline — completion only, never accredited, your own honesty line printed on the face, your own registry — and it requires you to write your own honesty line. My own honesty line and my ID scheme are mine: they are not included in and not licensed by this product.
License: one purchase = one business's own hub(s). Build as many hubs for your own business as the system helps you design; using it to build hubs for clients is a separate licensing conversation, not included in this purchase. If you'd rather not build it yourself at all, the done-for-you route exists separately — DFY Hub Build (Project 105, $1,999) builds a hub inside the client's own account. That is stated once, factually; neither product requires the other.
What this is not: not a running hub and not access to my hubs' student areas (buyers of my hubs get no part of this system, and buyers of this system get no student access to mine). Not a live-cohort or live-session playbook — the community design is asynchronous and self-paced only, by design. Not the deep wiring pack for AI assistants in messaging/chat contexts (the Concierge Pack, Project 87, $249, is that craft; this system's assistant chapter is spec and design method, and owners of either are never told they need both). Not a curriculum — if you have no content yet, this system has nothing to house, and the Workbook's first worksheet will tell you so honestly.
What is not promised: no enrollment, completion, revenue, or engagement outcomes — for my hubs or for yours. No time-saved figures: the only time content in this system is the time-cost chapter, which reports one operator's practice as ranges of work to budget, labeled as one operator's practice, and teaches you to measure your own. A hub, however well designed, does not guarantee sales of your courses. What this system does promise is what's in the files above: a mapped curriculum method, a tracking system, a community design, an assistant spec, a platform decision worksheet, and a launch checklist.
FAQ:
Q: Is there a live hub I can look inside?
A: No — and the listing says so in the open. The worked example is my own hub system, designed in November 2026; those hubs are designs that launch on the schedule in my store, no student has enrolled in one yet, and there are no results to show you because there are none to report. You are buying the design method and the templates, and the worked-example maps show you every design decision they produced.
Q: What exactly do I download?
A: Four PDFs: the Build Guide (8 pp), the Workbook (6 pp), Templates & Specs (5 pp), and the Platform-Comparison Worksheet (5 pp). Together they carry all ten components of the system: architecture method, mapping worksheets, component-math worksheet, tracking templates, certificate spec template, community playbook, assistant spec pack, comparison worksheet, launch checklist, and the worked example pack (inside the Build Guide).
Q: Do I need a Teachable account?
A: No. The comparison worksheet covers Teachable with dated, labeled facts, the zero-budget stack my own hubs launch on, and a homework column for any other platform. You choose your route with the worksheet and supply your own account on whichever platform you pick — no platform account, subscription, or fee is included in this purchase.
Q: Does this include an AI assistant, or an API key?
A: No. It includes the assistant's spec and design method: the fact-sheet method, a fill-in guardrail template, handoff mechanics, and a cost-estimation method. You supply your own AI account and API key and pay your own usage costs, and you verify the wiring route in your own accounts before promising it to anyone.
Q: Can I use Jerry's certificate wording or certificate IDs?
A: No. The certificate template is a blank discipline template: it requires you to write your own honesty line and design your own ID scheme, and it teaches why (completion only, never accredited). My honesty line and ID scheme are not included and are not licensed by this purchase.
Q: I'm an agency. Can I build client hubs with this?
A: One purchase licenses one business's own hub(s) — yours. Client work is a separate licensing conversation and is not included. If a client wants a hub built for them in their own account, the done-for-you route (DFY Hub Build, $1,999) is the separate product for that.
Q: I already own the Concierge Pack (Project 87) / the Sell-What-You-Know Framework (Project 80). Is this the same material?
A: No. Project 87 is the deep wiring-and-prompts pack for assistants in messaging/chat contexts; this system carries the hub-assistant spec and design method only. Project 80 teaches what to sell; this system teaches how to house it in one environment. Neither requires the other, and neither is included in this purchase.
Q: How is this different from the Snapshot Install service (Project 95, also $999)?
A: Different craft at the same price. Project 95 installs a GoHighLevel CRM blueprint into your account for you. Hub-in-a-Box is a do-it-yourself design system for learning hubs, delivered as documents. Same shelf, different tools.
Q: Does the hub include live sessions, Q&A, or design reviews with Jerry?
A: No. There is no live element in this product — no sessions, no office hours, no reviews. The community design it teaches is asynchronous and self-paced only.
Q: Will this get students to finish my courses, or sell more of them?
A: Nothing in this system promises that, because no design honestly can. It gives you the mapping, tracking, community, and launch structure; what your students do inside it is theirs, and your outcomes are yours.
