When last we left poor Jade she was trying to get to work after spraining her foot badly while exercising and then making it much worse trying to get into her new heels. At this point she needs to phone her work colleague to tell her she's got real problems. Her friend rushes over and examines her sprained foot. Jade is determined to get to work though, but its clear she won't be wearing anything on that bad foot of her and certainly not her new heel. So her friend bandages her badly sprained foot (closeups). Then Jade tries to walk on her her single heel and badly sprained foot and realizes she can't do it and may even make her already crooked ankle even worse. So she compromises and allows her friend to help her on with her single sneaker before helping her hop out on her one good foot. A must see clip for sprain fans with lots of nice closeups.
