Hello friends — this is Earl, and right beside me is my Norma.

We’re so excited to share Norma’s very first cookbook from our Grimsby, Ontario days. This is a faithful digital replica of the 1914 Red Cross Cook Book she kept in her kitchen — complete with the original ads, charming notes, and the exact pages she treasured.

Every recipe is printed exactly as it appeared in her copy (including the four pages that went missing over the years). We’ve added a short modern note at the end with today’s oven temperatures and easy swaps.
