as the licensee, you can use the design for:

• personal body art, paint, and tattoos (on yourself; not for commercial use/tattoo business to ink on others);
• printing for personal display, personal stickers, journaling or gifting;
• digital display and wallpaper use;
• personal social media; and
• all kinds of non-commercial, personal-use projects (to use on clothing, accessories, art, graphic design, edits, wallpapers, or other creative works).

as the licensee, you cannot use the design for:

• usage for any purpose beyond what is allowed by your purchased license.
• presenting, advertising, crediting or claiming it as an original design created by you or another artist.
• tracing, altering or redrawing for the purpose of claiming it as your own or someone else’s.
• AI or AI-related purposes in any shape or form.

any commercial use and/or use in commercial creative projects is not allowed unless a commercial license is owned.

mass production and merchandise manufacturing by the licensee is strictly prohibited.

stealing, reselling, or redistributing my designs is strictly prohibited.

your purchase grants you a perpetual, exclusive license to use this design as part of commercial creative work, business content/branding, and for personal purposes.

as the licensee, you can use the design for:

• commercial digital artwork (art and design commissions for personal use of your client; it cannot be used for commercial-use commissions);
• music album, EP, and single covers;
• music artist visuals;
• book/editorial covers;
• branding and business identity;
• social media branding/content;
• websites;
• advertising and promotional graphics; and
• everything included in the standard license.

as the licensee, you cannot use the design for:

• usage for any purpose beyond what is allowed by your purchased license.
• presenting, advertising, crediting or claiming it as an original design created by you or another artist.
• tracing, altering or redrawing for the purpose of claiming it as your own or someone else’s.
• AI or AI-related purposes in any shape or form.

mass production and merchandise manufacturing by the licensee is strictly prohibited.

all sales are final.

immediately upon purchase, (with the exception of custom commissions), digital product files are immediately delivered and available for download.

no refunds, change of mind, or chargebacks the moment a product is purchased or a custom commission is ordered.

all designs are intellectual property of 111th angel.

i, the artist, retain all copyrights and the right to use, display, reproduce, sell, and/or incorporate this design into my own artwork, portfolio, promotional materials, prints, merchandise, and other creative works.

the design itself will not be resold or licensed as a digital design to another collector.

the buyer, or 'licensee,' is strictly prohibited from sublicensing, transferring, or redistributing the design or its usage rights to any third party.

please respect the creative rights of the artist and do not partake in any unauthorized use or reproduction.

violation of these terms shall result in legal action.

- any personal, promotional or commercial use of my designs.

- using, editing, and reposting my designs.

- AI usage of my designs in any shape or form.

- presenting, advertising, crediting or claiming my designs as your own or another’s.

- altering or redrawing my designs for the purpose of claiming it as your own or another’s.

✦ mass production and merchandise manufacturing by the licensee are strictly prohibited from both standard & commercial licenses.

if any of these terms of service are violated, any and all held perpetual use license for any of my designs will be considered null and void.

each design is sketched and inked entirely by hand.

my work retains the organic qualities of traditional drawing, rather than the perfectly uniform precision and smoothness of computer-generated or vector artwork.

small variations, rough lines or natural imperfections are an inherent part of the process and are to be expected.

these details are what makes each design uniquely handmade.
