Veg Out is a grain-free plant-based e-book! 

This e-book is FOR you if:  You want to try this lifestyle by eating vegetarian, vegan or plant-based, or if you have been eating vegetarian, vegan or plant-based for a while and looking for some new recipes. 

This e-book is NOT for you if: You don't enjoy cooking or you don't have time for cooking.

There are 32 recipes in this book.  Some are fat-free, some are nut-free, and some have fat-free options.  The recipes do not contain soy, vinegar, grains, beans or citric acid.  However, the bun is only gluten-free that I use for the for Pulled Jack N Slaw (an alternate is suggested) and Caesar Salad croutons.

You will receive an email with a link to download a PDF file upon purchase. Love the recipes

I've printed out the whole book and ready to use. I've tried the tortilla shells and they are awesome. Great way to start an elimination eating style.
