By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our shop policies.

Customers are responsible for using purchased products safely and appropriately. Our company cannot assume responsibility for injuries resulting from the use or misuse of a product.

All packages, both before shipment and after preparation, are documented with screenshots and retained in our records. This documentation helps protect our business and provides supporting evidence in the event of a shipping dispute with USPS.

PURCHASE, REFUND & SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

By purchasing from our shop, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following policies.

1. No Refunds or Returns  

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been purchased.

2. Order Verification & Cancellation  

For insurance and order-protection purposes, we reserve the right to request verification of the buyer’s legal name and shipping address. If the required verification cannot be provided, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We also reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to fulfill it.

3. Shipping, Loss, Theft & Damage  

Once a package has been shipped, it is outside our physical possession. We document our packages before shipment for our records and to help protect our business in the event of a shipping dispute.

USPS may provide insurance coverage of up to $100 on eligible shipments, subject to the applicable service terms and conditions. Additional insurance may be purchased when available.

If additional insurance is not purchased, coverage for loss or damage may be limited to the amount provided by the applicable USPS service, if any. Any claim is subject to USPS eligibility requirements and claim procedures.

4. Responsibility After Shipment  

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after a package leaves our possession, except where responsibility is imposed by applicable law. Customers should review available shipping insurance options before completing their purchase.
