FAQ
How long will the course take to complete?
This will depend on how much time you choose to dedicate to completing the course, but most people will take between 2-10 weeks. There are 10 units, each one has a 20-30 mins video plus journal prompts that will take 10-20 mins to complete.
I encourage you to complete one unit at a time before moving onto the next one, leaving a few days or even a week in between, to implement any changes.
I'm worried that I won't have time to complete the units.
This course is designed with busy parents in mind. I get it, I'm a mum too! All units are short and easily digestible, to inspire you and help you to take action within your home through a step by step process.
Is there a live component to the course?
No, all lectures are pre-recorded meaning that the course is available to you as soon as you join. However, you get 3 months of free access to our private podcast community In Rhythm.
Do you offer Afterpay?

Do you offer refunds?
