Mental Health Check Up
The goal of this booklet isn’t to diagnose you with disorders, add anxiousness or to give you a bigger to-do list. The goal of the book is to give you a better understanding of what condition your mental health is in, kind of like psychological MOT. We will look at different areas of your wellbeing through experiential exercises that will help you to connect with your thoughts, feelings and experiences.
The outcome of your time using this booklet will be measured by your personal goals of who you want to be, how you want to be and what sort of situations you want to find yourself in the future. What you choose to do with the information you learn is entirely up to you. The idea is that you are empowered in knowledge and courage to take the next step that will lead to greater wellbeing.
