3NT1TY is from Backrooms Sub-Level 974.2, which can only be accessed through Sub-Level 974.1. The only confirmed way enter is if you travel far enough to reach The Dwellings. When you are there, you have a small chance to encounter a door. The door is all white and has decorations on it similar to a child's door, with a sign reading "Happy Birthday!" followed by your name. Upon opening the door, you feel a wave of nostalgia as you are taken to your happiest moment in your childhood. Sometimes, you can spot 3NT1TY in the far distance, just watching you enjoy your happiest moment. She isn't hostile, and not much is known about her. But it seems as though she is rather curious of your childhood memories. The door will always be there when you want to leave, but instead of taking you back to The Dwellings, you wake up in the bedroom of the Main Level.
