ERF Analytics Toolkit- Family Edition
Walk into your next IEP meeting with proof.
The ERF (Evidence Report Framework) Analytics Toolkit turns your child’s real grades into a one-page evidence report: documented performance before the accommodation, and after. The school’s own grades, unadjusted. Same student, same standards — the only variable that changed is access. Facts replace feelings.
How it works:
• Gather a report card and a folder of graded work.
• Fill in the simple spreadsheet — one row per graded item: date, subject, score, and whether the support was in use. About twenty minutes.
• Click “Run All Cells.” No coding. A filled-in sample student is included so you can try it first.
• Print the one-page report and bring it to the meeting.
The report shows:
• The average without the support, the average with it, and the point gain.
• A growth line over time and subject-by-subject comparisons.
• The consistency number that answers “wasn’t that just one good test?”
Private by design:
Your child is identified by initials or a code, never a name. Everything runs on your own computer using the free Anaconda platform. Nothing is uploaded anywhere. The report is made to be shared; the data behind it is not.
What’s included:
The Family Edition notebook and engine, the student data template with instructions, a filled-in sample student, a sample finished report, the Family Quick Start guide, and your license.
Honest expectations:
The report shows what your child’s scores show. If the support is working, you’ll have proof. If the picture is mixed, you’ll know that too — before the meeting, not during it.
Use it for every meeting, every year, at no added cost.
Also in this store: the Classroom Edition for teachers, and a District Cohort Edition for schools.
