How It Works
These are coaching groups built around the people in the room. Bring a current challenge, a question, or work you want help thinking through. We’ll focus on what matters now and turn the discussion into a manageable action.
Choose your cohort by your current bottleneck, not simply how many books you’ve published. AI is part of the toolkit. You remain the author and the decision-maker.

The Building Authors Cohort helps you sort through the noise and build a foundation that fits your goals. Through monthly group coaching, we’ll identify what’s holding you up, work through the problem, and choose a manageable next step.
Depending on where you are, that might mean clarifying your reader, developing your author identity, setting up an AI workflow, or getting the pieces in place to move your book forward.
Bring your questions, your work in progress, and the things you’ve been avoiding. You don’t need everything figured out before you arrive. That’s what we’re here to work on.
Growing Authors
You’ve started building your author business. Now you need the pieces to work together.
The Growing Authors Cohort is monthly group coaching for authors ready to strengthen their reader connection, sharpen their positioning, and build more consistent writing and marketing habits.
We’ll work with what’s actually happening in your business: the reader magnet that isn’t connecting, the launch that needs a clearer plan, the newsletter you keep putting off, or the workflow that takes more energy than it should.
You’ll have a clearer priority and a practical next step—without adding twelve more things to your list.
Scaling Authors
Your author business has moving parts. The question is which ones deserve more of your time—and which ones need a better system.
The Scaling Authors Cohort offers monthly group coaching for authors ready to make more deliberate decisions about growth, capacity, and how they work.
Bring your bigger-picture questions about managing projects, improving repeatable processes, delegating, and using AI effectively while protecting your voice and standards. We’ll examine the bottleneck, weigh your options, and focus on changes that support the business you want to run.
Growth should serve your goals, your readers, and your life.
