Hi, I’m Veronika, a posture and mobility coach, personal trainer, and mama-to-be. I help women move with intention, feel strong in their bodies, and reconnect with their natural alignment through gentle, functional movement that supports real life, not just workouts.


Pregnancy in Motion came to life as I moved through my own pregnancy, experiencing all the physical, emotional, and energetic changes myself. I also spent months connecting with my amazing community of pregnant women, listening to your real-life challenges and questions.
