Another of the Classic Children’s Book Mystery KAL’s
This design is designed to use any of the Unique Sheep Gradience colourways, but can be knitted using any lace weight yarn of approx. 1200yds
2500 no 8 seed beads (approx) -optional24 3 x 4mm drop beads for border edges -optional
The shawl is constructed by knitting the border sideways, leaving a slipped st edge on one side. You then pick up sts along the slipped st edge of the border to begin the main body of the stole. The drop beads are placed where shown on the chart by sliding one bead up until it is next to the last knitted st on the row. It then stays there as you work back across the WS row. All other beads used in the pattern are seed beads and are added using the crochet hook method.
A second kntitted on border completes the stole when you reach the end of the main body.
