Listening from Within: A Guided Energy Healing Through the Energy Centres

Many people sense that there is more to experience than what the mind alone can access — a deeper intelligence moving through the body, a felt sense of energy that comes and goes, a knowing that lives below thought. This session is designed to cultivate exactly that sensitivity.

A guided energy healing and meditation, it moves systematically through the energy centres — from the root and pelvis, through the belly, solar plexus, heart, throat, and head — with Divine Light Transmission holding the field throughout. At each centre, attention is gently invited to rest, listen, and notice. Not to analyse or figure out, but to attune. To discover what each area of the body is already speaking, when met with openness and curiosity.

This is not a passive receiving session. It is an active cultivation — a practice of learning to listen from within rather than from the mind. Each time you return to it, the listening deepens, the sensitivity grows, and the body's own intelligence becomes more available to you.
