When it comes to any relationship, connection is usually one of our top priorities. Yet, when we are in a relationship with an autistic person, in time, we may end up feeling lonely, emotionally exhausted, and disconnected from the person we used to be, from our friends and family, our values, our strength and our needs. Painfully, we may also end up drifting away from our partner/spouse and in some cases, even start doubting our sanity. This creates suffering, which most of the times cannot be understood by people who have not been in similar situations unless they have good knowledge of autism.

Even though we feel we are the only ones going through this, many others are going through comparable circumstances, and Resilient Loving offers stepping stones to gradually lead you to a more fulfilling, resilient form of living and of relating with your partner/spouse.

Resilient Loving opens a fresh perspective. It presents a series of (mostly) short sections to inspire us to regain our spark, promote serenity and increase our understanding of our partner/spouse and how autism affects our relationship. We can pick up Resilient Loving when we are feeling lost, lonely, bored, curious or exhausted. It invites readers to join the author on a journey of re-discovery of who they are, a deep but gentle (sometimes playful) exploration of skills, needs, values, expectations, and likes. It also offers a host of real-life examples that demonstrate some typical pitfalls in communication in mixed-neurotype relationships and how to navigate them, so that we can have easier and more fruitful interactions with our partners.

Resilient Loving e-book accompanies you on your journey so that you can feel stronger and more empowered. It is realistic but also hopeful.

IT IS NEVER TOO EARLY OR TOO LATE!

Resilient Loving e-book also contains a direct link for you to download another publication for free.
