License Overview:

• This Extended Commercial License grants permission to use all current and future products from Dragalina Digital Arts for commercial purposes under one single, lifetime purchase.

• By purchasing this license once, you are covered for every design/product currently available in the store and for all future releases — no need to buy separate licenses for individual items.

Lifetime Coverage:

The license never expires and automatically extends to include all future releases from Dragalina Digital Arts.

Commercial License – Terms of Use:

• This license applies to All and Future Products.
• It is a one-time purchase that grants you the right to produce and sell an unlimited quantity of that product.
• All DragalinaDigitalArts listings come with a Basic License that allows up to unlimited end products.
• You need the Extended License only if you plan to modify and sell on POD sites.

What You May Do:

• Use the design commercially without attribution (no credit required).
• Create and sell physical products such as planner stickers, fabrics, clothing, mugs, tumblers, invitations, and more.
• Personalize or modify the design, provided the changes are substantial enough to create a unique finished product.
• Sell on print-on-demand platforms (Teepublic, Redbubble, Society6, Spoonflower, Zazzle, etc.) only if the design is modified.
• Produce and sell unlimited end products or engage in mass production under the Extended License.

What You May NOT Do:

• Claim the design(s) as your own original artwork.
• Transfer or share your license with others.
• Resell, redistribute, or offer the original design “as-is” for free or for download.

Additional Notes:

• No physical items will be issued—your purchase receipt serves as your proof of license and commercial rights.
• Copyright and ownership of the original artwork remain with DragalinaDigitalArts.
• Purchasing this license does not transfer ownership of the design itself.
