Platform Adoption Assessment Pack
WHO IT IS FOR
Platform engineers and developer-experience leads assessing real developer tasks.
WHEN TO USE IT
Find where developers fail or need help on real platform tasks, then prioritise improvements using observed friction and a repeatable retest.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Editable XLSX workbook with clean working sheets and separate fictional examples; offline HTML guide; detailed working record; decision record; quick-start instructions; licence terms and file manifest. Version 0.1. Digital ZIP download.
SCOPE
This pack collects user research and observed task evidence. It does not instrument a platform, automatically gather telemetry, supply a DORA benchmark, prove causation or evaluate employee performance. Do not put named employee identifiers or sensitive logs in a public workbook. Use pseudonymous cohort IDs and controlled evidence references.
COMPATIBILITY
LibreOffice native example and adverse-input tests passed on disposable copies. Microsoft Excel desktop remains unverified. Run the worked example in your target spreadsheet application before operational use. No macros, external workbook links or paid service calls. HTML guide works offline in a browser.
