steps:
1 add the required addons
2 upload the package to your project
3 make sure the blueprint id is cleared
4 upload the windows version
5 copy the pc version's blueprint id
6 add the blueprint id to the quest fallback version
7 switch to android in the vrchat sdk builder
8 upload quest fallback version (separate scene)
