Time Frame:

The lead time for each site, after submission of all required information, will be 1 to 5 days. If we have a high volume of purchases, wait time for your site construction to begin will be up to 2 weeks. Your placement in the construction queue will be according to the submission of your order (i.e. you are the 8th person out of 10 to submit then you will be 8th in the line) and how quickly you submit the required information.

What is not included with my purchase

• Cost of domain. We will connect & setup your domain for free—we’ll even take care of purchasing it for you so you get the lowest price, but you’ll be responsible for the annual charges of owning it.
• Professional email from Google. We will connect & setup your email for free (no hassle with MX records or tech support), but you will be in charge of the service ($5/mo. or $50 paid annually). We want you to have the safest, and most reliable email service for your business so we are partnering with G Suite by Google Cloud to give you 30GB of Inbox and Drive storage, as well as Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets and Slides. It’s optional though, so if you don’t feel that it’s important to have a professional, domain-based email, you can opt out.
• SSL move. We offer FREE SSL, but if you already have a certificate that you want to move, there will be a non-negotiable, one-time charge of $12 to transfer.
• Unsupported merchant account provider. We have free Merchant Account Setup with Square, PayPal, Stripe, Payfast, eWAY, Amazon Pay, or Klarna, but if you need to use a different provider we can set it up for for an additional one-time charge of $79 to $199 (depending on the provider).
• This is not Shipping Management software. We recommend our partner ShipStation, and can offer you in-dashboard integration if you request it.
• This is not an email marketing service. We can recommend Constant Contact, MailChimp, Conversio, or Aweber and can offer you in-dashboard integration if you request it.
